Even though we are on University Avenue, there is free non-metered parking available within 1-2 blocks of our space amongst the residential streets. There is also about 8-10 2-Hour metered spots that can be used for a fee using the City of San Diego parking app.

Unfortunately our lease has a strict NO PETS policy. Service animals are allowed as long as papers are presented AND you have a private office membership.

Yes. The office comes furnished with desks, cabinets and chairs, but you handle pictures, nick nacks, rearranging desks, rugs, foof etc.
Just let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring in your own desks and chairs so we can have the office empty for your move in.

Each private office membership comes with 2 monthly guest passes to be used in the shared space. You are free to have guests inside your office as often as you like.

Yes. Hardihood is powered by Proximity Space. Being a member of one cowork on Proximity allows access to other coworks on the platform. There may be a day rate that is discounted. Once you create your profile, you can gain access to all locations throughout the country who use Proximity.
Please note: Hardihood Hillcrest members do not get automatic access to Hardihood North Park as part of their membership.
