We do have access to a dedicated parking lot and spaces are available for an additional fee per month. We are fortunate to be in a more residential area of North Park, so free non-metered parking is more available.

Well behaved, trained dogs are allowed in private offices only. Dogs are not allowed in the common space or any other communal areas. Dogs must remain leashed while exiting the space and can not be left unattended. No cats.

Yes. The office comes furnished with desks, cabinets and chairs, but you handle pictures, nick nacks, rearranging desks, rugs, foof etc.

Just let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring in your own desks and chairs so we can have the office empty for your move in.

Each private office membership comes with 2 monthly guest passes to be used in the common space. You are free to have guests inside your office as often as you like.

Yes. Hardihood is powered by Proximity Space. Being a member of one cowork on Proximity allows access to other coworks on the platform. There may be a day rate that is discounted. Once you create your profile, you can gain access to all locations throughout the country who use Proximity.
